8 of 11 in Series: The Essentials of Joining the eBay Community
By default, when you view your My eBay pages, you land on the My Summary page. The My Summary page gives you a snapshot of your current eBay transactions. It provides data about your buying and selling business, and supplies links to the items.
The Buying Reminders area tells you about
Items you’re watching that close today
Items you’re bidding on that close today
Items you’ve been outbid on (for which you may need to up your bid)
Feedback that you need to leave for items you’ve won
In the Selling Reminders area, you find info on
Questions pending on items from prospective customers
Buyers who have requested totals for their purchases
How many items you are awaiting payment on
How many items you need to ship
The number of items you’re selling that are closing today
How many items you’ve sold that need feedback
You can customize what you’d like to appear on most of the My eBay pages by clicking the Customize Your Summary link in the upper-right corner. The above figure shows you the customizing options for the My Summary page.
If you subscribe to any of eBay’s paid services, such as Picture Manager or eBay Stores, there will also be a link to your subscription area. In addition, a link is provided to any important notices from eBay regarding changes in its policies or services.
