electric griddle: A self-heating griddle that doesn’t require a stovetop to heat it; just plug it into an electrical outlet.
espagnole: A type of French sauce from which many other sauces are derived, including demi-glace.
extruder: A small appliance that mixes the ingredients for pasta dough, kneads the dough it makes, and then forces the dough through different holes that can create a variety of pasta shapes.
