You know that dietary trend that says that coconut water is good for you? Jump on the bandwagon with these tasty coconut drink recipes. Okay, maybe it doesn’t have the same health benefits, but they’re delicious anyway.

Coco Loco (Crazy Coconut)

1-1/2 oz. Herradura Tequila

3 oz. Pineapple Juice

2 oz. Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut

Blend. Garnish with a Pineapple Spear.

Coco Margarita

1-1/4 oz. 1800 Tequila

1 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix

1-1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice

1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

1/2 oz. Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut

Shake or blend ingredients. Garnish with fresh Pineapple.

Cocolou

1-1/2 oz. Carolans Irish Cream

1-1/2 oz. Crème de Cacao

Stir well over ice.

And this has not a drop of coconut.

Cocomistico

1/2 oz. Jose Cuervo Mistico

1/2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream

1/2 oz. Godiva Liqueur

1 oz. Half & Half

Shake ingredients and strain into a rocks glass.

Cocomotion

4 oz. Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut

2 oz. Lime Juice

1-1/2 oz. Puerto Rican Dark Rum

1-1/2 cups Ice

Blend and serve in a margarita glass.

Coconut Almond Margarita

1-1/4 oz. 1800 Tequila

2-1/2 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix

1/2 oz. Cream of Coconut

1/4 oz. Amaretto Liqueur

1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Shake and serve over ice. Garnish with a wedge of Lime.

You can also blend the ingredients with ice.

Coconut Batida

2 oz. Leblon Cachaça

2 oz. Cream of Coconut

2 oz. Condensed Milk

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Garnish with Toasted Coconut. Serve in a Collins glass.

Coconut Bellini

2 oz. Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut

3 oz. Champagne

2 oz. Peach Puree

1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps

1 cup Ice

Blend until smooth.

This famous Bellini is made with Coco Lopez.

Coconut & Strawberry Lemonade

3 Strawberries

1-1/2 oz. CÎROC Coconut

1 oz. Lemon Juice

3/4 oz. Honey Syrup (1:1 honey to water)

Soda Water

Muddle Strawberries. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a Collins glass and top with Soda Water. Garnish with a slice of Strawberry on the rim and a Lemon Twist.
