Add or Edit Video Chat Contacts on Your BlackBerry PlayBook
You aren’t required to add a contact to conduct a video chat on your BlackBerry PlayBook. However, adding a BlackBerry ID to your contact list means you can skip typing that address each time you want to connect using this app.
To work with the contacts, after you set up a video chat (or after you complete a session), choose from these actions:
Add a contact
Click New Contact.
Enter the contact information.
Add a contact from your chat history
Tap the clock icon (which is your history).
Swipe down from the top bezel.
Tap the pen icon.

Tap the + icon to add the information.
Change a contact
Tap the contacts icon (a human bust).
Swipe down from the top bezel.
Tap the pen icon.
Tap a contact.
Delete a contact
Tap the contacts icon (a human bust).
Swipe down from the top bezel.
Tap the pen icon.
Tap a contact.
Tap the trashcan to delete the contact.
Add or change a contact picture

Zoom and position the new image.
Tap Done.
Tap Back.
Turn on Do Not Disturb

If it’s already on, set it to Off to accept calls.
