| Pam Mourouzis has been editing For Dummies books for more than ten years. She’s done yoga with model Stephanie Seymour, author of Beauty Secrets For Dummies; lunched with motivational speaker Zig Ziglar, author of Success For Dummies; and traded notes on basketball with former coach and commentator Digger Phelps, author of Basketball For Dummies. Her husband, Matt McClure, is a freelance writer. Together, they maintain their creativity in naming by thinking up alternate monikers for their “baby,” a 6-year-old Beagle mix officially named Emerson.
George R. Stewart was a teacher and Berkeley Fellow at the University of California. During his lifetime, he wrote many scholarly works and several bestsellers, including Storm, Fire, Earth Abides, and Names on the Land.
