One simple way to demonstrate your customer focus involves special orders. Periodically, people want something like the items you sell, but not exactly. Maybe it's an older model, a hard-to-find color, or just a different size. Whatever the details, special orders represent a great opportunity to pick up some extra business and turn a normal customer into a raving fan. Stay inside of eBay's parameters if you advertise a special order service on your About Me page. If you can get the item that your customer wants, make sure that you run the sale through an eBay transaction. A fixed-price auction works fine for this type of thing (particularly if you coordinate with the buyer on the timing).
