At some point, you realize that the television show you love to watch every week just isn't that great anymore. The jokes become mediocre, the students don't look like they could possibly be in high school, or the dynamics fizzle and fade away as the characters (or the actors) move on with their lives. Well, someone has coined the phrase "jump the shark" to refer to that moment and devoted a Web site to it.
At Jump the Shark, you can see others' thoughts on when different shows jumped the shark and cast your vote by filling out a form. In addition, at Stump the Shark, the site offers its collective reserve of TV trivia to anyone who has a question he or she can't answer.
