Many Mac apps add how-to help, on-screen reference material, or other items to the Mac OS X Help menu. For example, many applications published by Adobe and Microsoft list on-screen help commands in the Help menu. The help may appear in the Help Viewer or in your Web browser. Some applications use other help systems to display their on-screen help. For instructions on an applications own help system, check the documentation that came with the application.
