All beef, pork, poultry, and fish have about equal amounts of cholesterol. It's the very low saturated fat content in some meats like turkey breast and most fish (but very little beef) that you look for in healthy food. Choose lean top round, pork cuts such as Canadian bacon, lean ham, and lean tenderloin to make them more acceptable healthwise.
