Bread Machines For Dummies
Brown-and-Serve Dinner Rolls
Adapted From: Bread Machines For Dummies

You can make your own brown-and-serve pan rolls. Bake your favorite rolls in a 275-degree oven for 50 minutes. Then let set for 30 minutes in pans. Turn the rolls out of the pans; cool on a wire rack to room temperature. Wrap them in freezer weight aluminum foil, and then place in a self-sealing, plastic freezer bag and refrigerate (one week, max) or freeze (one month, max).

It's best to thaw the frozen rolls before you finish baking them. Remove them from the plastic bag, and slightly open the foil. When they are defrosted, bake them in a 450-degree oven for seven minutes, until golden brown.
