Priceline only uses, world-class, full-service airlines. Its U.S. airlines are all big national carriers with solid safety records. Its foreign airlines are all national flag carriers from countries that have passed the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration's International Aviation Safety Assessment, except for one.
BWIA West Indies Airways is the national airline of Trinidad and Tobago, which didn't meet U.S. safety standards as of April 2004. BWIA has never had a fatal accident, according to AirSafe.com. If you're queasy about flying with that airline, just don't bid Priceline for flights to Caribbean islands.
You can bid on Priceline with confidence that you'll fly on a leading global airline.
