Adding Text to AutoCorrect — the Easy Way
Adapted From: Word 2002 For Dummies

Any selected text in your Word document automatically appears in the AutoCorrect/AutoText dialog box. That's a nifty way to put long, detailed information into the dialog box without having to retype it: Just select the text you want to add to AutoText, summon the AutoCorrect or AutoText dialog box, and click Add; the selected text is added.
