Moviemaking Must: Feeding Your Actors
Adapted From: Filmmaking For Dummies

Whether it's just a project for film class or you're dreaming of an Academy Award, if you decide to make a movie, you have to feed your actors (even if you're not paying them). Feeding your actors is one of the most important things — don't skimp in this category. People can get very irritable when they haven't eaten properly, and you don't want to fill everyone up on burgers and pizza every day. Budget for not only a great caterer, but for craft services (snacks) as well. Being generous when it comes to feeding your actors can make all the difference in the world. Make sure to find out if anyone requires a special diet, such as vegetarian meals or non-dairy. You don't want anyone starving on your shoot.
